By creating an account or using Helium, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Helium after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Helium. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@heliumapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

Helium is for personal and professional productivity. You may not use the service to store, process, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing on another's intellectual property.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service's infrastructure. Automated access to the API beyond what we explicitly provide is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You retain full ownership of all screenshots and files you upload to Helium. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

By uploading content, you grant Helium a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including screenshots that may contain third-party material.

Helium offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you'll retain access until then.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. If you don't agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Helium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI-powered search results will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helium's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
